The visit is timed to coincide with Victoria Day -- which commemorates the Queen's official birthday in Canada -- and will mark the first foreign tours by Charles and Camilla in celebration of the Queen's Diamond Jubilee. The royal couple will visit the provinces of New Brunswick, Ontario and Saskatchewan from May 20-23.

The Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall last visited Canada in November 2009. The Prince has already visited Canada 15 previous and it will be Camilla's second visit. The trip follows the highly-publicized visit to Canada and the United States last summer of Charles's son, Prince William and his wife Kate Middleton.
