    Pulled Haven Episode Rescheduled for January

    Syfy has rescheduled the Haven episode that was pulled from its line-up last Friday in the immediate wake of the Newtown, Conn. elementary school shooting, as well as the Season 3 finale that was to air this week.

    A statement issued by the cabler reads: “Last Friday’s episode of Haven contained scenes of fictitious violence in a high school setting and in light of the recent tragedy, we have decided to reschedule it along with the series’ Season 3 finale, originally slated to air [Dec. 21].

    “The final two episodes of Season 3 will now air back-to-back on Thursday, Jan. 17, from 8 to 10pm EST, to maintain the integrity of the series’ serialized nature.”
