Viewers weren’t Russian to their TVs Wednesday night to catch the second episode of FX’s The Americans.
After a strong start last week, the acclaimed cold war drama starring Keri Russell and Matthew Rhys dropped 39 percent in total viewers (1.97 million vs. 3.22 million) and 32% in A18-49 (1.07 million vs. 1.57 million).

On the bright side, FX points out that the episode posted “significant growth” from its Tron Legacy lead-in, jumping 67 percent in total viewers and 73 percent in 18-49.
