After news got around that Nivea's newest CEO, Stefan Heidenreich, laid down some verbal smack on the company's former face of the brand, Rihanna, RiRi herself lashed back in signature style.
Quoted by German newspaper Welt, Heidenreich expressed regret for his company's choice of the sexy, party-girl songstress in the 2011 campaign, arguing that Rihanna should have been a "no go" in the first place for the beauty line and its values.
"I do not understand how to bring the core brand of Nivea in conjunction with Rihanna," he explained. "Nivea is a company which stands for trust, family and reliability."
Not one to take an insult sitting down, Rihanna took to Twitter to strike back at the implication she's too sexy for Nivea, tweeting a photo of the CEO in question with the words: "No caption necessary."
