'The X Factor' To Get A Jackson?: "The X Factor" is looking for star power with its new upcoming crop of judges, and rumors are swirling that Janet Jackson just might be the star to give the FOX reality competition its needed shine. "She wants a spot on the judging panel," a source told Us Weekly. Speculation was fueled even further during Janet's appearance on "Anderson" when she was asked by host Anderson Cooper, "You're not currently a judge on 'The X Factor?'" No, I am not," she told Anderson, "but that's all I really think I should say." We're liking this rumor!

Reese's Royal Girl Crush: Reese Witherspoon is quite smitten with the Duchess of Cambridge! During an appearance on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," the actress revealed that she was a bit of a mess before meeting Kate. "I must have tried on like six outfits," she said in an interview airing today. "I'm meeting a princess. You don't understand. You have to be wearing the right outfit and the whole thing. I don't know, maybe we can be friends." And what did Reese think of Kate after meeting her? "She was really nice," she told Ellen. "She was lovely. She's so composed. She seems like such a lady and I think it's so nice now days to see someone with such nice composure and carries herself so beautifully... I would like to hang out. I'm not sure she wants to hang out with me. I could see that happening. Call me [Kate,]. Call me anytime."
