We may not be able to describe exactly why adult-film star Ron Jeremy is famous (this is a family site, after all), but reality TV fans know him from his days as one of the D-list roommates on VH1's "The Surreal Life."
When news broke today that the 59-year-old Jeremy had been hospitalized with a heart aneurysm, celebrities and Ron's adult-film colleagues flocked to Twitter to share their concern:
