Scout Willis -- the 20-year-old daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore -- was arrested in New York last night for drinking alcohol from an open container in public and displaying a fake ID.
Authorities tell TheInsider.com that Scout was taken into custody just before 7 p.m. at the corner of Union Square and 14th Street in Manhattan after she was observed by police drinking from an open container of beer inside a subway station.

The Brown University student -- who was booked on two misdemeanors charges -- was later released without bail and ordered to return to Manhattan Criminal Court on July 31.
Police reported that Scout allegedly presented an ID with a fake name to police when first stopped, but after further questioning confessed that her real name was Scout Willis.
