Another "Will & Grace" star has joined the cast of "Smash."
On Monday, the network announced that Sean Hayes, who played Jack McFarland on the NBC sitcom, has signed on for a multi-episode arc in Debra Messing's show, "Smash."

Hayes will play Terrence Falls, and his character is a little true to life.
Falls is a comedic television (and film) star, just like Hayes.

Hayes character willl fit into the "Smash" drama because the character is set to make a Broadway debut. He'll be causing trouble for Meg Hilty's Ivy Lynn, as he preps to star in "Liaisons," based on the novel "Les Liaisons Dangereuses."
Beyond "Smash," Hayes is also heading to "Up All Night," playing the former musical accompanist of Maya Rudolph's character Ava.
In related Hayes news, the show he executive produces - "Grimm" - has its Season 2 premiere on Monday, August 13 at 10/9c on NBC.
