Stephen Baldwin was arrested in New York City Thursday while driving in Harlem, TMZ reports.

Baldwin, 46, was pulled over shortly after 5 p.m. for making an illegal U-turn. However, cops noticed Baldwin was driving with a suspended license during the stop and he was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operator [of a motor vehicle].
The actor is scheduled to appear in court in October to be arraigned.
