Fox scored an early, if slightly complicated win on Thursday night with the first pre-season NFL game of the year. Fast affiliate ratings for the Cincinnati Bengals/Atlanta Falcons game give the network a 1.9 rating among adults 18-49 and 5.2 million viewers -- though those numbers should see significant changes when time zone adjustments come in. Additionally, NBC affiliates carried the game in Cleveland and Milwaukee, while CBS aired it in Columbus and Dayton.
