Meanwhile, MTV2 series Guy Code – the net’s highest rated series ever – returns in July.
MTV also rolled out clips for upcoming series including: Inbetweeners, based on the British series; Underemployed, a single camera comedy about five post-college friends in Chicago from Dirty Sexy Money creator Craig Wright; Wake Brothers, a reality series about wakeboard champs and brothers Phil and Bob Soven; scripted comedy Zach Stone is Gonna be Famous; and docuseries Catfish, which uses the same premise – a Facebook romance – as the 2009 movie that generated controversy and heated media debate about its authenticity.
And MTV also will roll out a robust social media strategy around Teen Wolf with a “storytelling without borders” initiative that allows fans to interact with the show’s characters within the context of a choose-your-adventure mystery.
