    VIDEO: Watch the New Trailer for The Following

    Fox has released two versions of the trailer for its upcoming gritty serial killer series The Following — one for all audiences and a spookier new trailer that's rated "Intense" and comes with a "viewer discretion is advised" disclaimer.

    The Following stars Kevin Bacon as a former FBI agent who's tracking an escaped serial killer (James Purefoy) and a number of his followers  who are committing copycat crimes.

    The Following premieres Jan. 21 at 9/8c on Fox.
