'Walking Dead' Photos: Is [Spoiler] About to Die? (Exclusive)

"The Walking Dead" TV series has taken many plot turns not found in the comic books that spawned it, but many fans remain convinced it's only a matter of time before Shane is killed.

Bolstering their conviction are recent reports that actor Jon Bernthal is being considered for the lead role in TNT's new cop drama "L.A. Noir." And let's face it: Shane isn't making many friends among his fellow survivors.

In this exclusive photo from this week's new episode of "The Walking Dead," we see Rick and Shane facing off in a way that could very well lead to the how-dare-you-tell-my-wife-I'm-dead-and-then-sleep-with-her fight we've all been waiting for.

In a second photo obtained by Yahoo! TV, we see only Rick's bloodied face. Is that blood Shane's? In the comic books, Carl is actually the one who pulls the trigger, but that might be a little too much for TV viewers to stomach. Then again … it could just be blood from the injured kid Rick helped rescue last week. We'll have to tune in Sunday night at 9pm on AMC to find out.

  The easiest way.. put in a searcg for whatever you want to watch,"The Walking Dead free streaming" and you can find thousands of sites to watch what ever you want for free.

  netflix only shows last season. They will play a re re run episode at 8 on sunday and the new episode at 9

Shane is the antagonist here without him, the story is lame, I like him because without his being mean and braveness, they are still probably running around nuts looking for Sophia. He sacrificed a lot from saving Rick, Carl, pretty much everybody...he just need to loosen up a bit and forget that Olive Oil wife of Rick, she's a trouble & so emotional. Way to go Shane, you rock and just keep rocking with the blond girl & I hate that nosy old dude who hate Shane, he needs to get bit! Can't wait every episodes, luv it!!!

  I agree with you. I don't want anything to happen to Shane, at least not now. I really wish that Lori wasn't pregnant because she needs to go. She causes way more trouble than she is worth.

I agree with Vargas, I bet Shane pops the kid in front of Rick and they get into a scuffle , and then later they are in a situation where Rick has to decide to leave Shane or save him, of course Rick will save him. The show is awesome, I rarelywatch tv shows but this one keeps me coming back. Sure the plot requires the characters to be kinda dumb but at least it has several sub-plots running that kinda explain some of their actions. Shane is the antagonist and there-fore should not die, unless they replace him with another. Great show and cast, glad it is back on.

what i am more interested is what happened with that one black guy that helped rick in season 1 (morgan i think) and his kid!?!?! AND what did that one scientist in the CDC building whisper to rick just before the building was about to blow to pieces? The farm is starting to bore me.

I love Shane, he makes the story interesting. The tension between Shane and Rick has to come to some kind of conclusion before the season ends. Also I agree they should leave the farm. One thing is for sure no matter what I will still be seeing the show!!!!!!

Jesus I hope Shane goes. I'm getting sick of him. Plus, maybe if he goes, the group will FINALLY leave the farm. A whole season at the farm is enough, lets get the series moving again!

Shane will die, Rick needs him out of his way and he is already dead in the comics. That means they kept him for a good reason. Also Merale needs to be the goverenor.
