The Oprah Winfrey Show is off the air, but Oprah still wants to share her favorite things.
The TV maven surprised a select group of military spouses with all the goodies on her list on special OWN episode on Sunday.
"There's nobody in the world more deserving of a day like you're about to have," Winfrey told the audience. "[I'm honoring you for] the work and the sacrifice and the love and the care and the vision that you hold ... for every life you touch."

Among the 50 things were an elliptical trainer, Coach winter jackets, jewelry, an HD TV and the grandest of them all, a trip for two to Fiji. Watch the group's reaction below:
