You MUST watch this show.... if you LOVE to laugh
May 27, 2008I have watched this show from the very first episode. If you just started watching this season, then you may not undertand the characters, their charm, or quirky personalities. I suggest getting your hands on the first seasons episodes(not that many due to a short season). You will be as hooked as I am. I can completely relate to Cooper since I do not have children of my own, and can sometimes be as uncomfortable around them as her. I also have the same smart a** sense of humor as her.... she is delightfully honest and devilishly hilarious. Her mouth spews the things we all want or think about saying, but would not even dare.
The undeniable chemistry between all the characters makes this show a winner. If this show does not get the praise it deserves pretty soon I fear it will not be renewed for a third season. This show could have a successful run because the characters have so much to experience with the birth of children and their lives. You have to watch!!

I can't believe they're cancelling Notes from the Underbelly! I loved that show. I haven't had kids yet but we were thinking about starting soon. My husband usually doesn't talk much about the subject, but after watching that show it opened him up. It actually brought us closer to have a show with a good subject matter to share. Why do all the good shows get cancelled but they keep renewing all the reality junk that has been done and redone and redone...well you get the point.Was this review helpful to you? Sign in to rate -

May 23, 2008It's not coming back?! I loved this show so much. It made me laugh and premeired when I was pregnant. Perhaps that's the reason for my sadness, but it was still a great show. I'm so sad to see it leave. It was so good :(
