His purpose for killing is to avenge the death of his daughter, who was killed by a criminal in witness protection. He wants everyone involved in the protection program, as well as those criminals it protected to die for their deeds and only Jane and her healing power stands in his way.

Episode 22 Originally aired: September 21, 2007An emergency at NICO results in a prison riot where retribution-seeking Neuro inmates can shoot laser beams from their eyeballs. After Jane is hypnotized into siding with them, her team must figure out a way to snap her out of it.
