In an effort to catch the people responsible, they pull an all-night stakeout. With Leslie's permission, Ann decides to go on a date with Mark.

Episode 3 Originally aired: October 1, 2009Leslie looks forward to picking a new Miss Pawnee, but has to battle the other judges, who have a very different standard of "the ideal woman." While on a date with Mark, Ann learns that Andy has been living in the pit.

After building an entire playground in one day, Leslie gets frustrated at the (lack of) progress with the pit, and takes some advice from Mark to cut through the red tape.

Episode 11 Originally aired: Thursday December 3Ron sends Leslie up to the DMV department and she happens to see Tom and Wendy at divorce court. Leslie enlists the help of everyone in the department to take Tom out on the town so he can forget his sadness. Meanwhile, Tom has an epiphany about his marriage.
