Biography
Tosh, a Florida-raised stand-up, worked the comedy circuit since the mid-1990s. By the early 2000s, he found his way to stand-up spots on late-night network shows. Establishing a relationship with basic cable channel Comedy Central, Tosh performed his first stand-up special in 2007 and, in 2009, created "Tosh.0" (2009- ), a sort of R-rated "America's Funniest Home Videos" (ABC, 1990- ) with a healthy dose of snark, shock and ribaldry.
