Biography
The show only lasted for eight episodes, but Gilpin had better luck with her second sitcom, the "Cheers" spinoff "Frasier" (NBC, 1993-2004), in which she excelled as the acerbic, man-hunting producer of radio psychologist Frasier Crane (Kelsey Grammar). She made her TV-movie debut with 1996's "Fighting for Justice", an NBC effort starring Marliu Henner and Doug Savant.
