Biography
A Canadian ingenue who has never had a formal acting lesson, Rachel Blanchard has nevertheless been working steadily since before her 10th birthday. The pert blonde made it to weekly primetime inheriting the role of Beverly Hills teen extraordinaire Cher Horowitz in the sitcom version of "Clueless" (ABC, 1996-97; UPN 1997-99).
