Oh, the legal troubles! Since 2006, Richard has spent a large amount of his time behind bars for failing to report and pay taxes on his "Survivor" winnings. He was recently released from prison in December 2011, but his legal woes are far from over. Richard is scheduled to appear in U.S. Tax Court next month. Somewhere out there, Sue Hawk is smiling. less
