You could be excused for confusing the mountains of Banff with Patagonia or the Southern Alps of New Zealand, but you would never confuse those countries if you interact with their people. Having visited over 100 countries in my career, I have to say Fijians are the nicest. Fiji can match any tropical island in the world with its white sand beaches, exotic resorts, and great food, but what sets it apart from other destinations is its people. Fiji simply would not be the same without them. I love their way of life, their warmth and their willingness to include visitors in their everyday lives. Sharing stories around the Kava bowl while getting tingly lips from numerous sips is the perfect way to finish a great fishing trip."
