Former "DWTS" costumer Randall Christensen won an Emmy in 2006 for the sequin-trimmed outfits he whipped up for the second season of the hit ABC reality series. Since then, the show’s wardrobe department has been in charge of the outrageous ensembles that have sashayed across the show's iconic ballroom floor. But not all the handmade garments are worthy of an award. In fact, many of the getups we saw this spring were incredibly silly.
