"Odyssey 5" (2002)

While Cmdr. Chuck Taggert (Peter Weller) and his Odyssey space shuttle team were on a routine mission, they saw Earth implode.

Assuming that their own deaths were imminent, the astronauts encountered the Seeker, who offered to send them five years into the past and give them a chance to prevent Earth's doom.
