For five seasons, Gloria Reuben played physician assistant Jeanie Boulet in "ER." She won the hearts of fans when Boulet became the first full-time character on a series to contract HIV.

When Reuben left the show, she took some time to pursue her music career, including a stint as a backup singer for Tina Turner. In 2001, she returned to series television, first as CIA operative Lisa Fabrizzi on "The Agency" and then as FBI agent Brooke Haslett in "1-800-Missing." In 2008, Reuben took another lead role, playing Rosalind Whitman on "Raising the Bar," the short-lived TNT show co-starring Mark-Paul Gosselaar. Currently, fans can see Reuben on the big screen, dazzling alongside Sally Field's Mary Lincoln in the Steven Spielberg blockbuster "Lincoln." She'll also appear in the upcoming Tina Fey/Paul Rudd comedy "Admission" and the Samuel L. Jackson thriller "Reasonable Doubt."

Reuben is a committed philanthropist who works with numerous organizations, including being an adviser to Al Gore's Alliance for Climate Protection and sitting on the National Wildlife Federation's board. less
