recruited just 9 million viewers, with only a fraction more in the key adult demo than “Charlie’s Angels” got last year -- and that only lasted four episodes. We’d love to see the deep-sea military intrigue of “Resort” play out for a full season, but the show’s highly serialized nature means it’s unlikely to pick up a great deal of new viewers from here.
Prognosis: All hands to battle stations. Fingers crossed for a buzz-fueled uptick in the coming weeks, but this may just be a one-year mission for the U.S.S. Colorado.
