Why We Hate Him: We may have been initially distracted by his McDreamy looks, but that's before we realized he was a self-righteous jerk. He emotionally destroys his current wife (usually in public) on a regular basis (not that she's a picnic, either), and he tears people down if they aren't as good as he is in the operating room. He was a terrible chief of surgery, took off on his much-wanted kid to punish his wife, and is in dire need of anger management classes. We should have seen the signs when we learned he fled New York and moved to Seattle instead of dealing with his cheating wife like a grown-up.
