Zap2it.com, he described the show: "It was crazy living with the same people 24 hours a day for two months straight. There was zero privacy, no escape, no TV, no cellphone, no radio, no music. All you could do was talk to each other. It was a cool life experience to go back to the Stone Age and find things to do to keep busy."
What's next: MTV announced a month ago that he will front the third "Jersey Shore" spinoff. "The Show With Vinny" will feature him interviewing celebrity guests in his Staten Island home while they enjoy Italian specialties cooked by his mom, Paula, and rub elbows with other members of Vinny's family like unpredictable Uncle Nino, who made many drunken visits to the shore house. "It's something that I really want to do," he told reporters at MTV's "Restore the Shore" fundraiser in November. "I've always been natural at hosting things: reading teleprompters, taking direction, and asking questions. I'm actually able to perform a little bit. I have more jitters for the celebrity because I know how crazy my family is. There's no filter."
