In "Reaper," slacker Sam wakes up on his 21st birthday and discovers the reason why his parents have always been so easy on him: Before Sam was born, his parents sold his soul to the devil (Ray Wise), and it is time to collect. The devil requires Sam to be his personal bounty hunter, collecting souls that have escaped from hell using strange tools (vessels).
