All that came to an end once Spencer Pratt entered the picture. The blue-eyed lothario quickly became Heidi's boyfriend, and looked to be playing her at every turn. Lauren tried to get her best friend to see Spencer for the player he was, but Heidi had her love blinders on, which caused a permanent fracture in the bff’s relationship. To say things are now “frosty” between Heidi and Lauren is putting it mildly. There were even rumblings that Spencer started sex tape rumors about Lauren and her ex-boyfriend Jason Wahler. Every time we see Spencer’s face we can’t help but “ewwwww,” and for that, he lands at No. 10 on our list. less
