LOSERS: “The Catalina”/”Breaking Pointe” (The CW)

With ratings like these, we’re on the verge of demoting The CW down to basic cable. The netlet’s two new reality offerings for the summer -- beach-resort soap “The Catalina” and dance-world drama “Breaking Pointe” -- might as well be test patterns, with both attracting less than a million viewers last week.
