Zach Salvatore: There are a lot of mysteries surrounding the Salvatore family tree, one of which is how did Damon and Stefan have a nephew (is there another brother? Sister? Close cousin?). Still, we don't need Zach and his sweater collection to explain this to us since there's probably a dusty old book somewhere that can take care of that. Besides, Zach was one of the first close victims of Damon's (he got his neck snapped for being in the wrong place at the wrong time) and it definitely shocked us. Having him haunt the Salvatore house would be way too little too late. less
