His treatment of his staff has been abhorrent, particularly Nellie. He has an utter disdain for his job and took off on a yacht at the drop of a hat. And he treats his supposed love Erin like crap, making her feel stupid and not even offering to bring her to the Caribbean with him. What happened to the sweet oddball we used to know and tolerate?
