The Nanny Diaries Meets Gilmore Girls...
September 10, 2008
Prvileged has all the makings of a mutli box set, future girl night marathon kind of show. Every person watching this show will be able to relate to some aspect of the dynamics of the character's relationships, while the setting of the ultra rich adds the element of just enough fantasy that's not quite out of the viewers reach. Last but not least the characters introduced so far have a perfect mix of quirk and mystery that leaves you wanting more. I can't wait to see this show again!

I don't understand...
October 22, 2009
Critics liked it, and people liked it... Why did they cancel it? Because of low ratings? Doesn't the CW know that they aren't as popular as, say,The CSI franchise or all the reality shows? It's ridiculous how shows get pulled so quickly - they should at least put polls or petitions around to see if the general public wants to keep the show instead of making the decision themselves. After all, it's supposed to be us - the people watching - that have a say over which shows are on.
The VERY LEAST they could have done was not left us with the most horrific cliffhanger ever. Now we'll NEVER know what happens with Megan and who she chose... I say bring Privileged back! It can happen - look at Family Guy!

Too bad

I have to agree with Charriz; this was a really good show. It probably didn't do well because nice girls like Megan with normal lives aren't entertaining for people anymore. Instead they need all the absurdity and fakeness available in Gossip Girl and 90210. Don't get me wrong; I like those dramas just as much as the next girl, but it really is ridiculous at times. Privileged is nice because it has a great comic relief but still some drama and it is real! No fake, uber rich posers that no can relate to. I am sad to see such a great, refreshing show go.
At least the CW replaced it with something a little different from the rest; Vampire Diaries is doing pretty well and its great!
