Clothes Off Your Back
Episode 1 Originally aired: December 7, 2005The contestants are treated to a rooftop party hosted by Heidi Klum. At the party Tim Gunn announces that the designers will have to use only the clothes they are wearing to create their next competition outfit. Kirsten is eliminated at judges panel.

Road To Runway
Episode 2 Originally aired: December 7, 2005The second season begins with various auditions throughout the US to find the sixteen finalists. Once the finalists are chosen they are given a week to create a signature look using the same simple white fabric and $20. Upon arriving at the Project Runway workroom, they discover that two of them will be eliminated at judging. Heidi and John don t make the cut.

Episode 3 Originally aired: December 7, 2005The contestants tackle their first challenge.

All Dolled Up
Episode 4 Originally aired: December 14, 2005The contestants are faced with a pint-sized challenge for this week s runway contest as they must design a new signature fashion look for Barbie to be worn by both the doll and the model. The winner s look is duplicated for a new My Scene Barbie doll. Raymundo is elminated.

Team Lingerie
Episode 5 Originally aired: December 21, 2005The contestants are divided into teams for a lingerie challenge where each team of three has to create a lingerie line of three looks. Daniel is eliminated after his line, co-created by Kara and Chloe, is judged to be the worst.

Social Scene
Episode 7 Originally aired: January 4, 2006The remaining contestants are tasked to create a signature dress for socialite Nicky Hilton, who is also guest judge for the episode. Guadalupe doesn t make the cut.

Window Shopping
Episode 8 Originally aired: January 11, 2006The ten contestants are divided into five teams and are tasked to create a day to evening look for Banana Republic. Andrae and Daniel win the challenge and have their look recreated for the store while Diana and Marla are eliminated.

On Thin Ice
Episode 9 Originally aired: January 18, 2006The designers leave their comfort zone when they are tasked to design a unique skating costume for US World and Olympic figure skater Sasha Cohen. Emmett is eliminated after his outfit is rejected for being too short. Zulema wins the challenge and Sasha agrees to wear the costume at an exhibition.

Inspiration
Episode 10 Originally aired: January 25, 2006The designers are tasked to take pictures of New York City and find an image to draw inspiration from and recreate it as a garment. Zulema is eliminated.

Flower Power
Episode 11 Originally aired: February 1, 2006The remaining designers create a dress using only plants and flowers purchased at the New York Flower District. Design team Bagley Mischka guest judge. Daniel wins the challenge and receives immunity for the following week s episode and Andrae is eliminated.

Makeover
Episode 12 Originally aired: February 8, 2006The designers become models as well when each contestant has to design a new look to makeover a fellow contestant. Nick is eliminated for his makeover of Daniel.

What s Your Line?
Episode 13 Originally aired: February 15, 2006The four remaining contestants compete for three Fashion Week spots by designing an evening gown for supermodel Iman that also must be an inspiration for their final fashion collection. Kara is eliminated thus Daniel, Santino and Chloe are chosen to create their own fashion line to be shown at New York Fashion Week.

Reunion
Episode 14 Originally aired: February 22, 2006All the designers reunite for a reunion episode hosted by Heidi Klum and Tim Gunn.

Finale, Part 1
Episode 16 Originally aired: March 1, 2006In the weeks leading up to Fashion Week, each designer is visited by Tim Gunn to see how their collection is coming along. The three designers then descend upon New York and are shocked to find out that they must design one more piece for their collection. Emotions run high but they are able to each pick one previously eliminated designer to help them with the piece.

Episode 17 Originally aired: March 1, 2006The winning designer gets money to start a clothing line.

Finale, Part 2
Episode 18 Originally aired: March 8, 2006The three finalists reveal their fashion collection in the main tent at New York Fashion Week. Debra Messing is guest judge for the finale which displays strong collections from all three designers. Chloe is ultimately named winner of Project Runway Season 2 for her unique evening line. Her line is also to be featured in Elle Magazine in a fashion spread.

Star Struck
Episode 19 Originally aired: March 20, 2006Designers must create a dress depicting the collection they want to present at Bryant Park.
