Love this show

Season one is my all time favorite season of any show. I can watch season one over and over agin. Seasons two and three weren't as good as the networks they were on began asking them to put more emphasis on the science fiction and less on the relationships. There are some great episodes in seasons two and three but overall it's not the same. There were even times (vegas episode for example) where the characters would do something and I would think to myself "Michael would never do that." If they just left the writers alone and let them create as they wanted it would have been so much better. Either way, it's still my all time favorite non sitcom tv show. A Roswell reunion movie would be fun. I doubt they could get Kathryn Heigl to do it though since she is a big star now.Was this review helpful to you? Sign in to rate -

yeah it def put my faith back in humanatiy they really should put it back on the air i mean it was sooooo i can't even explain it right there are just so many reasons to put it back on the air it was incredible just so fantastic it made so much hope........

I just bought all the DVD's to Roswell, I will watch it over and over, but it would be so great to have it come back on, the last show left us with two many unanswered questions, and I would love to know what they have been doing since they left Roswell, Thanks BobbieWas this review helpful to you? Bring Back Roswell. A Sure Winner.

Roswell was a very unique show with well-developed, lovable characters and a captivating plot. It lies somewhere between an epic romance and a sci-fi drama, and it really does sweep you up in the pilot and leave you wanting more episodes. It is also very noteworthy that there are many similarities to Twilight (note: Roswell came first). So if you like Twilight....you'll enjoy Roswell.
You can currently view it for free on Hulu.com. But as others have warned...if you do, you'll be hooked and disappointed that it's no longer on TV.
It's very difficult to understand why the show was taken off of the air. It is likely that skewed Nielsen Ratings are at least partially to blame. At the time of the show's airing, Nielsen's ratings did not collect data on college-aged audiences that were not living at home. Go figure.
Anyway, if you haven't already, watch the show. And if you love it (and you will) make some noise so some smart executives somewhere will realize they could make $ and satisfy fans of all ages by BRINGing BACK ROSWELL!Was this review helpful to you? Sign in to rate -

Greatest Series Ever

Make the time to watch pilot of Roswell and you will be HOOKED! This is easily the greatest TV series that few people have ever seen. It was first aired on WB and few people knew about it. The writing, acting, and plot development are all first rate. If you like shows like Lost, Buffy, Angel, or any kind of romance; you will love Roswell. Check it out on Hulu or the WB website.
