Episode Description

After a decision results in the death of three of his patients, Dr. Cox shirks his duties and turns to drinking. Shocked, the staff does their best to cover for him at the hospital while each takes a turn trying to convince him how inspiring he is. Meanwhile, Turk is excited to start his new rotation with orthopedic surgery, but is put off by his attending doctor’s touchy-feely methods. So, J.D. and the Janitor help Turk find ways to get along with his new supervisor.
