Surprise and Impress

I did not watch the show but according to the blog that I read about this show seems like a heroic thing to do. Secret millionaires giving away their fortune? Wow! I am impress because I know some who are rich but they are not doing what this people doing. Many poor families needs help. Anyway I came from the Philippines but living now here in America with my husband. I have a project to help flood victims and giving away foods for the families. I collected little donations but very few wants to help. For almost 3 months I just collected $140 and it did not reach my goal. If this people help can I ask one too not for me but for the people who suffer from this flood disaster. Thank you the TV is a great show I ever heard. Inspiring
January 15, 2009I only saw the last episode in '08. I was so inspired and reminded of my time caring for my mentally impaired brother that I decided to volunteer at a local hospital. I am going thru a screening process now and can not wait to start spending time with poeple who face challenges far beyond the scope what the average person will ever face. I am also looking into other ways to support those in need. I spent some time at casa SAY on view st. in Mt. View, CA when I wan thrown out of my parents house in h.s. I would love to start a foster care home and am begining to look for volunteer oppertunities with similar live-in facilities. This program reaches further than the individuals depicted, deep into souls and spirits of so many that have so much to give. Finally a real show

This show is A+ reality show. It is really good to see a show that shows people with means out there doing something good. Father and Son episode particularly inspired me

I liked every episode, but my favorite was the father and son because they had to work and make money to pay for a place to spend the night. Further, the son was representative of the present entitlement generation who has received everything on a silver platter. Both father and son had revelations through the experience, their lives were deeply changed, and they grew closer together as a result. This episode has inspired me to do my own homeless week experience with my sons. I am thankful for the inspiration of this program.
