    Why was this show cancelled?

    For the life of me, I can;t understand why this show was cancelled. It may not have been the most popular show on television but it beats the hell out of a lot of junk that remains on TV. After I had gotten seriously hooked on this show, they cancelled it! It deals with everything that is going on today in our lives and made me do some deep thinking. I think Anthony Michael Hall is wonderful as a serious actor but who can also make us laugh. He plays the character Johnny Smith excellently. I am looking forward to seeing him in any movie or tv show. Faith J.

    kids bad actors

    Even though "johnny" is a supurb actor, the son and the other boy on the show tonight are hardly actor material. Is this because they do not want to spend the money to have someone beter in the roles. The "son" has always been a disappointment. It is as though he should say "duh".

    I like the dead zone .......... I have been watching it from the first episode. The fact that steven king wrote the book and that they did a good job of making it into a series. I am sorry to hear that they cancelled the show and would like to see it come back again. Johnny and sara really need to hook it up together as this is the woman that johnny was going to marry before he got into the accident.

    My new favorite show

    While The Dead Zone was on USA, I couldn't watch because we weren't on cable, but now that it's been cancelled on USA and rerunning on ION, not only do I have cable, but I can get ION on regular air TV. I LOVE THIS SHOW! Great casting, plotting, continuity, effects, etc. I am pleased to see how well AMH has turned out as an adult actor. I see from other posts that there is disappointment for me in my viewing future with this show, but I will enjoy it while the quality lasts.

    I love watching the Dead Zone! I just came across it myself about a month ago....and have been watching it ever since. I enjoy all the psychic stuff, but more importantly how one thing you do can change the chain of events in your life as well as somebody else's. You never know what could have been.
