it's true that some states need to shore up their gun laws in respect to how they are bought and sold. ny has some of the toughest in the country if you are a dealer or a permit holder .maybe they should look at ny laws to make them nation wide. as for the class room shooting exercise they were set up to fail , there are rules to follow when carrying concealed guns tight long shirts not a good choice . training and practice is definately a must there are lots of ways to get it NRA has some great classes , insights also, if your gonna carry get some training not every state is the same as the one your show taped in maybe you should of stated that maybe you did and i missed it
