Agatha Christie's "The Man in the Brown Suit"

A television movie adaptation of a mystery story Agatha Christie. An American girl traveling in Egypt witnesses an accident that she thinks is a crime. She spots a man in a brown suit running from the scene and follows him. A piece of paper that he drops leads her to a cruise ship and an adventure with an odd cast of characters.
