whats the real story with vinnys departure?

When you watch the shows you can clearly see why vinny got fed up and finally left.That prima donna jr. acts like johnny rockstar comming and going as he pleases,leaving poor vinny behind to do twice the work.also the work environment,imagine working in place with crazy deadlines to meet,lil help and sr's bullheadedness ,screaming etc.maybe vinny finally snapped and spoke up to sr. then maybe sr snapped and fired vin but to save grace made it appear that vin left on his own.hey who really knows what happened.WE VIEWERS LOVE VINNY!! sr he was your most talented workhorse ,do whats necessary and bring vinny back!! besides who's gunna build the bikes now? mikey and jason?
