Having been so tired of being brainwashed and drained from TV I quit subscribing several years ago to any type of TV except for my ROKU. I found American Horror and thought it was going to be like all the other shows, I was so HAPPY to find that it was nothing like I had ever seen and experienced on TV, I hope this show will set a new standard of TV. I am really turned off to Glee and similar programs but this was unlike anything else. I am clueless why it has received any bad reviews. Jessica Lange is absolutely the main reason I have adorned this show but still, it is very entertaining and I am just beginning season 2 which promises to be just as good if not better than season 1. I hope that Jessica Lange will forever be the lead character and I wish this show many seasons of success and prosperity. A wonderfully refreshing experience from someone who gave up TV long ago. I may rejoin the masses if TV continues to offer this kind of entertainment. I applaud FX and the writters and creators of this show. I can only imagine that the bad reviews are coming from the already brain washed and brain dead TV addicts that have just accepted whatever gained popularity the fastest or just have developed very bad taste from the posioned shows that littered and overpopulated the networks that were just clones of each other and bad ones at that. Nothing original and nothing worth wasting my time over until now.
