I love the show yet I have been confused about the lack of medical technology in Battlestar Galactica. I have been a fan of the show for a few years now. Love the drama, and for a si-fi show....it has gone far beyond what I could hope for.

I rather enjoyed it. I also enjoyed the first series, but I like the realism portrayed in this version.
