    It is easily the most under-rated show in my life-time(35 years). It is a bit dated today (jokes about the vice president not working is especially dated)but in 1982, the concept was solid. Tom Hanks was funny. Peter Scolari was the perfect straight man. …more»

About The Show

A comedy about Henry Desmond and Kip Wilson, two advertising executives who, after being evicted form their apartment, accept the hospitality of a female friend and move into a low-rent hotel. The only catch is that the hotel is for women only, and so they must become part-time transvestites and learn to speak in voices that are several octaves higher than the ones they're used to.
