I was not a Kelsey Grammer fan going into this series. But since I'm a lifelong resident of the city of Chicago for 60+ years, I thought I'd give it a chance. I'm extremely glad I did! The acting is outstanding. The dialogues are amazing. The sub-plots are intriguing and keep you "on your toes." From what I've been able to reconnoiter, the scenery is pretty accurate. And "the sex ain't bad either." Thank goodness I'm watching it on Comcast On Demand, so I can replay many of the conversations. (What portions were you thinking I was repeating?) Now, to the audio. I've had a small problem with the fact that I have had to turn up the volume noticeably higher than normal. (I'm not the only person who made this comment.) Of course, that accentuates the carrier and contributes to a little distortion. I'm not sure if the problem stems from Comcast's retransmission or the quality of the original production. But it is apparent. However, not so much so that it's totally distracting. As I said, I wasn't a Kelsey Grammer fan before, but I sure am now!
