There was something edgy about this show that was not your run of the mill drama. It had substance and the characters were intriguing. Sorry to see it go - must have had something to do with a strong female lead. I guess that's why Geena Davis lost her show when she played the president. It wasn't for the writing which was great, and it wasn't for the actors, which were excellent. It's because mainstream America doesn't want to have to use their brain when they sit down to watch tv.
