Castle

This is my #1 favorite show. I love the chemistry between Beckett and Castle and their witty banter. These two are so made for each other. What I love is how Castle does the sweetest things for Beckett and surprises her, just when she thinks she knows everything about him. He also understands her and gives her the space she needs to be herself. They "get" each other, but restrain themselves from saying what is in their heart. I love that Castle is secretly investigating Beckett's Mom's murder, to give her closure, but also keep her safe. He is willing to put his own life in danger to protect her.

The other thing I love is the relationship Castle has with his daughter. The actress who plays this character is wonderful. They could not have picked a better person. The love they have for each other is beautifully displayed. They are open to listening to each other's opinion and admit when they are wrong, showing a mutual respect for each other.

I also love the way Castle shares any problems he is having with his daughter to Beckett and how different and relaxed her attitude is. She is cool about the matter and helps Castle understand his daughter from a woman's point of view, and also makes him feel better about the situation. And she is usually right.

I think the two detectives are also great. They work great together and as a team, and all play well off each other. The entire cast is excellent. I never miss an episode and have them all taped.

Thank you to eveyone involved. I hope this show lasts for many years and that eventually Beckett and Castle get together.
