Exploitation of celebrity for self-interest

I understand that the celebrities appearing on this program have signed releases and are voluntarily exposing their life of addiction to the world, BUT Dr. Drew should re-evaluate his true intentions on televising these train wreck celebrities. Obviously, their decision making is questionable at best. After the show, several of them have relapsed. What real success has been had by these celebrity addicts being 'dog and pony' showed. I have not had any personal experience with addiction [well, that I know of], but I would think that rehab should be an introspective and private process; not a self-promoting endeavor. The only lasting success has been Dr. Drew's bank account. As a physician, he should recognize that televising these mentally fragmented individuals serves no real purpose in their quest to "get clean".

I have watched the show in the past and decided to stop viewing it. It is truly a waste of an hour; more so, a waste of air time.
