Entirely too politically correct - needs realism

I've noticed that every episode I've watched has the bad guy as a white male (this has been overwhelmingly the case). The FBI team is depicted as a diverse team (I guess in the spirit of political correctness), so the criminals depicted in the show should also be diverse (not overwhelmingly white males).

Also the girl who sits in front of the computer and does computer research for the team is dressed like an adolescent schoolgirl. She needs to be dressed professionally like the real FBI.

Other than that the show is fine.
